The rules that govern your access to and use of Share-Tube Tools and its connected services. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Share-Tube ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of Share-Tube Tools and its connected services, including Online POS, Famy Hub, Debt Manager, and Share-Tube Karaoke (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Data Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
Share-Tube Tools is a launcher and management hub that provides access to a collection of web-based tools. Individual tools may have their own additional terms; where those conflict with these Terms, the tool-specific terms prevail for that tool. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove tools or features at any time without prior notice.
Administrative features (adding, editing, or removing tools and uploading images) are restricted to authorized administrators, authenticated through a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS to a registered Philippine mobile number. If you are granted administrator access, you agree to:
You are responsible for all activity performed under your session. We may suspend or revoke access at any time for security reasons, including automatic temporary lockouts after repeated failed login attempts.
You agree not to:
Administrators may upload content such as tool names, descriptions, links, icons, and background images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce it solely for the purpose of operating the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you upload, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
The Services — including their design, layout, graphics, code, and branding — are owned by or licensed to Share-Tube and are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293) and other applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Services may be copied, modified, distributed, or exploited without our prior written consent.
The Services contain links to tools and websites that may be operated independently. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their own terms and privacy policies.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Share-Tube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Share-Tube, its owners, and personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Laguna, Philippines.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
